Unfortunately, due to condo rules, neither pets nor smoking/vaping are permitted anywhere on the property (either inside or outside). Additionally, parking is limited to 2 vehicles, and trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted to park in the lot.

We want to make sure our place is a good fit for you. Please review our house rules before you book: The available parking is free but it is limited to only 2 vehicles and does not allow for any RVs, campers, or trailers. Additionally, the HOA rules do not allow pets or smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside (this includes balconies, walkways, and all outdoor areas.) Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00am. No parties, please. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
